Work description
The overall objective of this contract is to provide Project Controls services for workstream 2, which is focused on the 'Commercial Landscape' of the Delivery Portfolio Improvement Plan (dPIP). The dPIP initiative has been established by the Environment Agency as a vehicle for change within Local Ops, with the individual projects that sit within workstream 2 driving the future commercial arrangements for the organisation
