Description

1.2.3. Ofqual communications are seeking a comprehensive social and media monitoring platform that combines three core capabilities: social media management (including listening across major platforms and forums with sentiment analysis, crisis alerts, content scheduling and publishing and performance analytics), 24/7 media monitoring (providing immediate alerts and cuttings from all national, regional, local and broadcast media, including full access to paywalled publications), and media management tools (with up-to-date journalist databases, distribution list functionality and detailed analytics covering sentiment, reach and share of voice). The solution must include a dedicated account manager and training, provide both historical data access for year-on-year comparisons, have the ability to generate visual reports, all whilst maintaining reliable service standards.
