ENQ751 - Project Assemble Economic Advisory Services

Description

Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a contract for an economic advisor to assist its work in assessing the feasibility of a planned redevelopment of the Assembly Rooms complex in the city centre ('Project Assemble'). The initial contract requires delivery of three elements: 1. the preparation of an Outline Business Case (OBC) for a mixed use city centre regeneration project with a range of cultural and commercial uses 2. a high-level review of a Business Plan for a proposed new theatre 3. the preparation of an application for Round 2 of the Government's Levelling Up Fund (LUF). We have assumed that the deadline for submissions is 17 June 2022 but recognise that this may turn out to be incorrect.
