Ecolabel utility: How to maximise effectiveness and minimise barriers for businesses and consumers

Description

This requirement is for the procurement of a Research Services provider to provide Research Services for the development of Ecolabel Utility. The project will include an online consumer survey with a choice experiment to build on a stage 1 project and gain primary research findings into what consumers want from ecolabels, focus groups with businesses across a range of sectors and depth interviews with business who have implemented ecolabels, as well as consumer focus groups to develop design principles for ecolabels.
