Description

The current re-procurement exercise has encountered unforeseen delays which mean that to secure continuity of service and to provide for suitable transition opportunities for new bidders, it is necessary to let a new short term contract to satisfy this need. Given the nature and scale of the services, and the short timeframes involved, only the incumbent would be able to stand up the services for the period concerned. Three month provision of Vehicle Immobilisation, Removal, Storage, Disposal and Enforcement Notice Issuing Service. This service includes the provision of mobile ANPR provision and associated back office functions.
