Direct Award via - Prosper Framework Decarbonisation Retro-Fit (including Refurbishment works) Lot 1 North East. For the delivery of retrofit works on domestic dwellings for homes to become more energy efficient, following a fabric-first approach in accordance with PAS2035. The aim of the project is to install grant funded (or part grant funded) energy efficiency measures on council homes that are below EPC C with the benefit of reducing heat demand, lower fuel bills, and decarbonise the housing stock.
