Option and Feasibility Study at Warrener Street Car Park, Sale

The Council wishes to commission an options and feasibility study to identify how the Warrener Street Car Park site could be best utilised. While the site has recently been subject to formal application it would be practical to assess the scope and interest in a wider range of uses through the options appraisal. The site is of sufficient size and location to be able to accommodate a range of potential uses that support the local economic need of Sale Moor and the Councils objectives.
