LUV01146 - The provision of planned and reactive maintenance of gas fired boilers and water heaters and building gas tightness tests at the University of Leicester

It is the University's invites contactors to tender for planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance relating to gas fired boilers and water heaters and provision of building gas tightness testing, to include call out facility. The contract is for 3 years from 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2026 with an option to extend for a further 24 months to 31 July 2028.
