1516-1253 Rotherfield and Thornhill Primary Schools Window Refurbishment

Islington Council invites suitable expressions of interest from suppliers for a Specialist Window Contractor to undertake a refurbishment and repair of two main elevations of windows to Rotherfield and Thornhill Primary Schools.

Both Rotherfield and Thornhill Primary Schools are fully operational schools, which have been identified as suitable sites for window refurbishment. This is a statutory obligation for the Council and a priority for Children?s Services.

Works will include: repair and refurbishment, ease and adjust where necessary to assist with natural ventilation, replacement of broken glazing where necessary, possible full encasement/window replacement where repair/refurbishment is deemed unviable or not possible.
