Outline specificaiton • Two changing rooms up to EFL standard • Officials changing room(s) • (All changing rooms with one separate access) • Kitchen - not to restaurant standard but capable of producing café style food • Meeting room • Toilets - male /female (with external access) • Disabled toilet (with external access) • Central area large enough to seat 20 people • Front and rear access from the central area • Paving for outside seating front and rear
