## Description

The Authority is seeking to appoint a Contractor for "External and Communal Block Maintenance" Works Contract for Reading Borough Council buildings, assets and for clients of the Property Services Department\. The Works Contract will be managed by the Property Services Team\. It is intended that any resultant Contract shall commence as soon after receipt of formal letter of award as may be agreed\. The Contract period will be for an initial 5 years period with a possible 2-year extension based on performance and agreement between both parties\.
