The supplier shall provide such representation, advice, support and drafting as required in relation to Business Rates litigation required in complex cases.

This may include, but not be limited to: Challenging case-law utilised by business in the avoidance of the business rates tax. Representation in cases of business rates avoidance; and Recovery of costs from the defendants.
