Community Champions & Community Connectors role development

Bury Council seeking to award a contract to support delivery of the Community Champions programme of work and contribute to the planning for the developing neighbourhood model. The work will involve helping the Council understand how best to engage with current and emerging communities and designing a programme of development to maximise capacity at a neighbourhood level.

The successful bidder will have a track record in:

• Understanding and surveying of community profiles / needs in developing community engagement models; • Community / neighbourhood model design built on engagement; • Development of training and induction programmes

The programme of work is required immediately following award of contract and require the development and delivery of the required outputs within a 3 month period.
