Work description
East Suffolk Council (ESC) is looking to appoint a Town Planning Consultant to develop two outline planning applications for key strategic brownfield sites (former Sanyo and Survitec sites - 8Ha in total) located on the South side of Lake Lothing, Lowestoft, in the area often referred to as the Kirkley Waterfront.
