## Description

East Suffolk Council \(ESC\) is looking to appoint a Town Planning Consultant to develop two outline planning applications for key strategic brownfield sites \(former Sanyo and Survitec sites - 8Ha in total\) located on the South side of Lake Lothing, Lowestoft, in the area often referred to as the Kirkley Waterfront\.
