Description
The council wish to invite tenders for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand over training for the audio-visual solution for a new community hall in Bingham, including staging curtains for a 43m2 800mm high stage intended for theatre performances. The aim The aim of the project is to provide a multi-functional community facility with a capacity for 300 to deliver a range of activities including theatre, live music, parties and discos, meetings and conferences, fairs, toddler groups and film/cinema, in line with the specification and the councils budget. The successful supplier will be expected to work with our developer of this brand-new facility, Willmott Dixon, to ensure compatibility between developer provided first fix mechanical and electrical items and the suppliers second fit AV and curtaining solution.
