## Description

East Sussex County Council \(ESCC\) issued this Invitation to Tender as a Further Competition under Lot 1b Master Vendor of ESPO's Managed Services for Temporary Agency Resources Framework \(reference 653\_19\)\. The Council were looking to appoint a managed provider to work as a close partner to help provide an efficient, cost effective and robust service for front line managers to assist in their service delivery in all services, including social care and health\. This is a demand led service, so it is impossible to predict annual funding required\. The estimated contract value was based on the average annual total spend since 2016/17\.
