## Description

RSSB are inviting suppliers to tender for the RED Programme contract\. Background, objectives, scope and requirements are explained in the High Level Specification \(descriptive document\) and response instructions are available from: https://www\.contractsfinder\.service\.gov\.uk/Notice/7c0bdccf-cbf5-451e-9e68-b6a2bb455b01 RED is a series of video programmes used as a briefing tool for frontline workers, such as train drivers, signallers, train dispatchers, shunters and platform staff\. The RED series aims to raise awareness and understanding of operational risk by analysing safety incidents, promoting good practice and sharing learning opportunities\.
