## Description

Contract for the delivery of the statutory Public Funerals, in accordance with Part III, Section 46 of the Public Health \(Control of disease Act\) 1984\. Part III, Section 46 of the Public Health \(Control of Disease Act\) 1984 places a statutory duty upon local authorities to cause to be buried or cremated the body of any person who has died or is found to be dead within the county of Cornwall and where it appears that no suitable arrangements for the disposal of the body have been or are being made\.
