## Description

Our current programme of work on unconscious bias focuses on decision making within our regulatory activities\. We want to identify some external expertise to do the following: a Develop and deliver unconscious bias training for decision makers involved in our regulatory activities\. This would provide a safe space for colleagues to explore where bias might influence their work\. b To brief HR on issues relating to unconscious bias in the workplace to enable them to support managers and staff in recruitment and selection activities\. c Provide expert advice to the Equality and Diversity \(E&D\) team to help us further develop our guidance and work in this area\.
