NUN - Repairs/Refurbishments to Various External Stores - AWARD

Description

This project consists of repair/ refurbishment works to a defined list of properties located mainly within the Bedworth area, with the addition of ad hoc addresses in Nuneaton. The scope of the works is to repair/ replace identified external elements to the prescribed list of property external stores. It should be noted that not all properties will require the same scope of works to be undertaken. To identify the scope of works for individual properties please refer to Section three - Priced Tender Summary (sections S2). Also refer to the tab - 'Additional Information'
