West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority ("the Authority") conducted this procurement using invitation for Further Competition under the ESPO Framework Agreement ref. 777_ Non-Specialist Cleaning Materials & Janitorial Supplies. in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for the purpose of procuring the Goods & services described in the Specification set out at Schedules 2a, 2b & 2,c Specification & requirements for the supply and delivery of Cleaning Consumables & Janitorial supplies

o Goods: As shown in Schedule 2a & Schedule 3 Pricing & Product List included in this contract. o Services: Delivery of Goods as per the Framework Specification and as specified within Schedule 2a and Appendix 8
