You are invited to submit a tender for the provision of High Voltage Network Maintenance Services & Planned Works under a Control, Operation and Maintenance agreement to the Facilities Directorate at the University of Leeds\. 1\.5\. The University is connected to the local Distribution Network Operator \(DNO\), which, in this case, is Northern Powergrid, at a system voltage of 11 kV\. 1\.6\. Equipment at a system voltage of 0\.4 kV is also within the scope of this tender, where it forms part of the installations within local distribution substations \(i\.e\. the main low voltage switchgear\)\. 1\.7\.
