## Description

The Council's requirement under this Contract is for Managing agent for private rented residential scheme at St Chads housing development, Tilbury\. Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified private rented sector managing agent on behalf of its wholly owned development company Gloriana Thurrock Limited \(Gloriana\) to support its proposal to develop a new residential scheme on St Chads Road, Tilbury\. The scheme is currently being constructed on site with a phased completion programme from approx\. January to June 2017\. PLEASE NOTE THIS CONTRACT HAS NOW BEEN AWARDED Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
