Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12.00 NOON, 5th April 2023 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP)
the Works are the Design and Construction of 16 Affordable dwellings comprising 10no 2 storey Houses and 6no Flats within a single two storey block and associated external works, car parking, cycle parking, bin stores as detailed below, together with all hard and soft landscaping works.
