a Area MEICA team (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation) provide assurance to the area Deputy Directors within the Southeast hub across a variety of engineering disciplines. The service comprises the provision of a professionally registered (I-Eng minimum) Mech/Elec disciplined engineer at minimum to operate as a MEICA Advisor within the South East & West team supporting Mech/Elec Automation capital project documentation creation/review and support such as URS - User Requirement Specifications FDS- Functional Design Specification ARA- Automation Risk Assessment FAT/SAT - Factory or Sire Acceptance Testing, as described in the Scope
