## Description

The visibility of homelessness has become more prominent in recent years, and is high on the political agenda as it follows national trends\. The number of rough sleepers in the borough has risen significantly in the last three years with reported numbers more than doubling\. In support of the 'Housing for Health' agenda we are looking to ensure that every person has access to the right home at the right time to independently make use of their assets\. This Contract is divided in to: LOT 1 - HOMELESSNESS SUPPORT SERVICE and LOT 2 - EMERGENCY ACCESS ACCOMMODATION AND SUPPORT
