Description

Luton Council (the Council) is seeking a private or public sector partner to provide the complete range of Architectural Design and Structural Engineering Services to support the Council's Customer and Commercial Services Department (C&C). This may be a single consultant who can provide all services required (listed in Section 2), or a partnership of two consultants each of whom provide a part of the service but with a lead consultant. It is important to the Council that wherever possible local providers are encouraged to bid for the work. This helps the Council to reduce our carbon footprint and helps contribute towards our eradicating poverty strategy.
