Technical Support for SATTS Acquisition

This project sets out to acquire new a Structural Assessment Tool at Traffic Speeds (SATTS) which has a capability, with subsequent development work, to develop a detailed level of structural condition assessment. This aim is to use the new approach to assess technically complex pavement renewal schemes, without the need to close lanes and make risk based maintenance decisions.
