Framework Agreement for the supply X-Ray and Contrast Media

The purpose of this tender is to put in place a Framework Agreement for the supply of X-Ray Contrast Media products to the participating Trusts. The Supplier/s must be willing and able to respond to varying levels of service/product demands e.g. seasonal peaks and troughs in product requirements and respond to clinical change and development.

The East Midlands Pharmacy Collaborative (EMPC) hosted by The University Hospitals of Derby & Burton NHS Foundation Trusts has collated the requirements of the following Trusts who may or may not be participating in this offer, subject to the terms of any existing agreements. Hereafter all references to Pharmacy Collaborative will incorporate these Trusts also.

This is a two-year contract with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the discretion of the EMPC and provider(s) agreement.

The current annual value with the EMPC members is £1.7m per annum

The estimated contract value is in the region of £20m (for the 4 year Framework period), depending on Contract take up by the Trusts listed in 4(Description) above
