## Description

Works will comprise strip out of existing mechanical and electrical services, furniture and fittings and floor coverings and ceilings\. These will then be replaced with new including IPS/UPS and UCV canopies\. New AHU's serving each theatre are also to be installed\. The completed theatres will be fully compliant with current HTM's and relevant statutory requirements\.
