Primary Care Services at the Withnell Health Centre

The provision of primary care services under an APMS contract to the registered patient population at the Withnell Health Centre, Chorley in accordance with the Service Specification and other terms of the APMS contract.

The Contracting Authority is seeking to engage with providers interested in delivering the services and has published a Request for Information Questionnaire and supporting information to facilitate the engagement on the SAP Ariba portal.
