To appoint a care/support provider at Maytree Court Supported Living Scheme in Kirkby, Knowsley\. The service aims to enable Service Users to achieve maximum choice and control in their lives, maintain their home, promote independence, increase life skills, and improve social inclusion\. The scheme supports people who have a Learning Disability/Autism, Physical, Sensory Disabilities and Mental Health conditions as their primary diagnosis The scheme is home to a range of individuals with varying complexities\.
