Description
North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT) declared a climate emergency in October 2019. As part of the declaration the Trust adopted a goal of carbon neutrality by 2030, in line with the Bristol One City Plan and other civic partners. The Trust has identified some areas of potential carbon reduction across all areas of emissions but it lacks the in-house expertise and capacity to identify all potential projects, the timescales for each one and the priorities to achieve carbon net zero by 2030. The Trust has awarded a contract to Eunomia Research & Consulting following a competitive tender process.
