## Description

Oldham Council adopted its Joint Core Strategy and Development Management Policies DPD \(the Joint DPD\) in November 2011\. Work is now underway on a review of the Local Plan\. In order to inform that review, and to assist with the assessment of retail planning proposals, Oldham Council wishes to appoint an experienced planning consultant to undertake a retail and leisure study of the borough\. The findings of the "Oldham Boroughwide Retail and Leisure Study" will form part of the Local Plan Review evidence base\.
