GB-Leeds: Housing Stock Condition Surveys - Leeds Federated

Leeds Federated is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Consultancy to undertake Stock Condition Surveys to a proportion of its property portfolio. The Survey will assess the type, location, condition and estimated next date of replacement of the major components relating to each property. This will be employed to determine whether each property surveyed meets the Decent Homes Standard and to enable a comprehensive 30 year investment programme based on both the component replacement and major repairs requirements over that period.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
