Provision of Responsive Repairs and Voids and Associated Works

The purpose of the project was to undertake a compliant procurement exercise to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake responsive repairs and voids works across Citizens stock portfolio in Coventry, Birmingham and Worcester. Following the decision by Citizen to engage with Procurement for Housing (PfH), PfH worked closely with the project team to design and undertake a compliant procurement process via PfH's Responsive Repairs and Voids DPS, under Lot 1 Whole House.
