## Description

CHP wishes to commission a supplier to provide: - a mobile unlocking and locking service for Myriad House Monday to Friday, including additional weekend opening when necessary; - a 24/7 \(including out of hours\) alarm response service for Myriad House and Parkside Community Hub while maintaining a link with monitoring stations for out of hours CCTV activations; - a 24/7 secure key holding facility for Myriad House and Parkside Community Hub\.
