Invitation to Quote to provide INCREES (Improving Norfolk Carbon Reduction and Energy Efficiency in Existing Stock): Implementation Plan

Norfolk County Council (NCC) require a consultant to establish an implementation plan for the INCREES (Improving Norfolk Carbon Reduction and Energy Efficiency in existing Stock) project.

INCREES (Improving Norfolk Carbon Reduction and Energy Efficiency in existing Stock) will deliver a comprehensive intervention to accelerate and expand Norfolk's Net Zero responsiveness by:

• Developing an implementation plan in 2024 to enable public sector partners to accelerate the increase in energy efficiency and quality of Norfolk's housing and commercial stock.
