Invitation to Tender For the Provision of: Integrated renewable energy provision at Oxstalls Tennis Centre for Gloucester City Council

The Authority has a policy to reduce CO2 emissions across its portfolio of properties. In the pursuit of this aim we have received a grant for the installation of an integrated renewable energy system at Oxstalls Sports Centre in Gloucester. We are seeking a balance between Solar PV, GSHP and a Battery system to enable the authority to gain knowledge and understanding of the 3 options, and to measure the outputs in terms of reducing CO2 emissions and saving energy costs. This will enable the Authority to become an exemplar of renewable energy in the region and to help others to learn about the various systems and their impact of reducing CO2 emissions and reducing energy costs. The tender will be split into 3 lots: • Lot 1. Solar PV • Lot 2. Ground Source Heat Pump • Lot 3. Battery Storage.
