Care Friends is an employee referral app which they launched in partnership with Skills for Care to support finding and retaining high quality care staff\. Care Friends allows a Care Provider's employees to refer their friends for job opportunities at the tap of a button\. Employees can share job roles directly with their contacts or on social media\.
