Provision of a Human Resources Information System

The CWGC is seeking to source and implement a global, integrated, HR Information System. The solution will provide us with the capability to effectively manage resources, costs, and provide consistent management information on staff located around the world. The System will fulfil current, and address emerging, requirements as well as giving managers and employees the ability to access people data quickly and easily.

Additional information: Interested parties should register their interest in the tender via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/ cwgc/aspx/Home.

If you have not previously registered with the website, please make sure you register your company as an initial step on the In-Tend.

Once registered, log into the portal, select the tab "Tenders" then select "Current".

Select the relevant tender form the list and press enter. The tender advert will now be visible.

To view the Tender documents, click the "View Details" button. This will take you to a new screen: Please click the "Express Interest button". On the new page, select "ITT Documents" where you will be able to view/download the documents.

Opting In and Out: Please note you are required to "Opt In" before you can access the "My Tender Return" to start populating your response.

Further Guidance: Guidance on how to participate in a tender, download and upload documents/returns and, if required, register your company (free of charge), can be found on the In-Tend website under the "Help" or "Information for Suppliers Buttons".

When registering your company, to ensure that you receive alerts and notifications from the system please ensure that you use a generic email address (i.e. sales@company.com) rather than a specific one (i.e. J.Smith@company.org ). Please also add the email domain "@in-tend.co.uk" to your Safe Senders list.

All correspondence in relation to this tender will be conducted through the In-Tend portal
