## Description

HMCTS is seeking to expand on research already conducted for the legal representative service \(Part 2\), as well as evaluate the new Appellant in Person service \(Parts 1, 2 and 3\) within the FtTIAC to understand how well the service and its processes are working and on the experience of users\. This is to inform improvements relating to the service and wider Reform going forward\.
