Work description

The aim of this PhD Project is to analyse the host-pathogen-environment interaction of Avian Influenza (AI) infections. The objective of the study is to investigate the dynamics of different AIV infection in different bird species and to analyse the role of different viruses in relation to their host-pathogen interaction.
