DN804779-Ribblesdale Court-Re-Design of Entrance & Communal Areas

Broxtowe Borough Council require a qualified, single supplier to undertake design work for the refurbishment of the entrance and communal areas at Ribblesdale Court, Beeston as part of the 'Decent Neighbourhoods' scheme. The initiative aims to modernise public realm and communal spaces, improve usability, safety, and aesthetics, and create a Design Guidelines Document for future projects.

The project will enhance entrances and communal areas to create a safer, more attractive and functional environment for residents. Alongside this, the supplier will also be required to produce a Design Guidelines Document and design palette to enable reproduction of the Ribblesdale Court design in other schemes across the Broxtowe District.
