## Description

Localised refurbishment of the shop façade to 4Nr properties to Town Hall Street, Blackburn, BB2 1AG\. The facades being refurbished will be The Care Hub \(9 Town Hall Street\), Replay Menswear \(11 Town Hall Street\), Emporium menswear \(13 Town Hall Street\) and Mad Hatters Tea Room \(15 Town Hall Street\)\. The works typically comprise of the installation of secondary glazing, new signage, decoration to the front of the properties and to existing roller shutters, localised replacement of entrance tiling, localised replacement of entrance door, localised installation of a retractable awning and replacement of material to a retractable awning\.
