## Description

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council \(the Council\) is seeking a provider to deliver a Housing First Pilot\. An announcement has been made that the West Midlands Combined Authority \(WMCA\) has received funding to deliver a Housing First Pilot\. It is envisaged that the pilot will provide 225 tenancies per year for the period 1st July 2019- 31st March 2021 with a further two years of legacy support up until 31st March 2023\. The WMCA has allocated £963,113 to Sandwell to facilitate up to 20 tenancies per year\.
