Description
The scope outlines the next phase of the Target Operating Model (TOM) programme, specifically focused on developing and rationalising an organisation-wide capability model. This initiative builds on previous TOM and capability work and will incorporate outputs from the Activity-Based Improvement (ABI) initiative led by Transformation. Objective.
