SRO Ticketing and CRM System Consultancy

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is looking to appoint a single service provider to provide advice, training and delivery to the Council in relation to its SRO Ticketing and CRM System. The work will cover: Identifying areas to improve use of system functionality Review documentation and use of documentation (including layouts and dynamic text) Review email integration with Force 24 System Develop and implement online booking for wheelchair/mobility bookers. Streamline and monetise the customer journey Develop and implement our use of Campaigns Module Develop and implement our use of Fundraising Module Develop and implement our use of Agency Module Training in all of the above areas We envisage that the work will commence in April 2019.
