Description
Following the terrorist attacks in the first half of 2017, a strong clinical evidence base demonstrates that a number of people present will require support from Mental Health services. There is also evidence to suggest that many of those impacted will not proactively seek treatment. This has the potential to cause significant Mental Health issues for the affected population in the future if support is not proactively offered. To ensure that those most likely to be facing Mental Health challenges following the recent incidents are offered appropriate clinical support an 'outreach and screen' will be deployed to make the necessary referrals to IAPT and specialist services. The outreach and screen team described in the service specification will support the delivery of the stepped clinical pathways developed by the Mental Health Response Group. Work has already taken place to develop an outline a service model. However, in response to this expression of interest the Authority expect all respondents to provide a detailed service model with clinical justification of the approach where relevant. Additional information: Please ensure that you leave enough time to register your organisation on the tendering portal which can take up to 24hrs. NEL CSU will adopt the open procedure as a template for this procurement. The Services to which this project relates fall within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the Regulations). Neither the publication of the advertisement, the use of this stage, nor the use of the term 'Open Procedure' nor any other indication (including any statement in this advert or the ITT documentation) shall be taken to mean that the Authority intends to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, save those applicable to procurements under the Light Touch Regime (LTR). Interested Bidders must access the ITT documentation via the link provided and submit an ITT response with associated online questionnaire(s) on the e-Tendering portal 'ProContract' before the submission deadline.
